At first I read the title as "The Bad News Beaver" and thought, this is gonna be awesome. Link's pose in the last panel makes up for lack of beavers.
Also, hot chocolate in California? That's just weird. |

It's cold out tonight (44 degrees as I type this)! And I never liked coffee. And beavers aren't inherently awesome comic elements! I mean, they probably are most of the time, but, uh, yeah.

Teehee.
*makes an effort to return to the topic, as the comic's only been up for like ten minutes* Have Link's adventures ever been fun? They always seem to involve pain on his part. |

I love the "oh woe is me" pose Link's got in the last panel.

I got halfway through the comic before I realized I had forgotten to put Blooper in. Had to drag over Link's downwardly-angled arm from Episode 300 and draw over a custom pose for each of Link's walking sprites! As a result, I think this is the first time we've seen his hand holding the shield.

Link's front poses don't normally include a sword, so I didn't feel the need to include it when I made that custom sprite. I had always assumed it to be sheathed on his back in such situations.

Getting dragged through a vast desert must be a real bummer for Zeld- I mean Blooper.
EDIT: Be glad that I said bummer and not "drag".

To get there, won't they need a hammer, raft, and possibly flute? Unless they skip that stuff again. Which would make more sense.

They'll use Blooper as a raft; as for the hammer I'm sure Links head can substitute.
44 degrees, at night? HA I laugh at your ideas of cold ha ha it's 30 degrees here and in in the day. edit:Also I think of that as kind of warm for Dec. Last edited by a_link_in_the_future : 12-21-2007 at 04:02 PM. |

You can get your revenge when we complain about 70 degree weather in the summer.
Doesn't Link realize that he's dragging "Zelda" across the hot desert sand?
