Here's my attempt at Unassuming Local Guy, one of the many wonderful enemies from EarthBound. His signature attack is "Become friendly and affectionate" (target becomes solidified), and there is a small chance he will drop a Toothbrush when defeated.

I've been sitting on this one for nearly a year. I was never happy with it, but I was sick of it sitting on my desktop, so I made some revisions and tossed in a background. I couldn't bring myself to take this comic down after April Fools' because it's actually the first decent new thing I've drawn in awhile (and I find Skippy in the 2nd panel to be quite amusing), so I just added a note to the bottom. Chrome is lame. Everything I make breaks in it, somehow. Chrome is to me what IE is to everyone else. And then there is dear, sweet Firefox. Though I use Pale Moon, which is an optimized version of Firefox so it doesn't have the sluggishness everyone always seems to complain about.
