I'm not sure if I like this article.... it kinda feels like the author doesn't think that comic books are capable of deep expression. That's a myth that I'm very much against... comics are a burgeoning art form that simply needs to be experimented with and grown. This sort of attitude will keep people thinking they're…

Well, while we're in a crazy dystopian world, why not milk it for all it's worth? Confidently hit SIDE 2 SIDE and wait for the ride. Have a flashback to the TV Room and a glass ceiling.

That's horrible, dude.... shit. People are stupid.

So today we decided to make quiche for lunch! It's our first attempt at quiche and our second attempt at pastry. We used green and red peppers and onions for filling. Here's the result: It was mostly a success... the texture of the filling was a bit too much like tofu to be considered true quiche, but it didn't bother me..…

Wow, it never ends, does it?

Go back inside and equip your I<3FNY T-SHIRT. No telling what sort of totalitarian state this is. You might get thrown into the Ministry of Lo... I mean, the jailhouse for going shirtless. Then go and attempt to operate the CHROME ELEVATOR.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I've had a few blistering sunburns in my life. That's why I started hating the sun and never wearing shorts. I wear shorts now but I tend to only go outside during the late afternoon.

I care less about about money than the whole Pledge of Allegiance thing, but overall I'm only... I dunno, concerned? And here's the reason why: I feel like having God on all these things makes the big indoctrination machine add up. Many children are indoctrinated into religious/political/cultural/ethical beliefs by their…

Atheist challenges ‘In God We Trust’ The article in this link sounds just like the title... some dude is officially challenging the fact that it says "In God We Trust" on American money. I won't post the whole story because many of you probably know all there is to know about the issue. What caught my eye was both the poll…

Try to figure out the controls on the TIME BED. See where you are and how to might use it again to travel back and forth in time and have wacky shenanigans. If not now, at least at some point in the future if you need to make a quick escape.

Interesting, you use cocoa powder... I wonder if the mole paste we use is just a combination of all your flavoring ingredients.
-
Look out the window.
-
So what did you eat that mole with? Was it just on its own? We always make enchiladas with mole sauce.... but your recipe looks good. Share? Also, today we made a special dish. Usually we make our macaroni and cheese very poor man's. We use Velveeta, milk, and onion powder. Today we decided to go super fancy and make this:…

I always liked 2% growing up because it tasted so rich and delicious. I used to HATE skim milk because, like Adam said, it always tasted spoiled to me. But now I buy skim for myself because it's a bit healthier. It tastes fine to me, though whenever I DO get 2% it tastes really really good.

You were transported to the Fallout universe!

??

Yeah, Ryan wins. That's the best one of Sir Exhibit. More importantly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN!!!!
-
I wish you the best of luck, dude!! This play/movie kicks ass so I hope you can be a part of it!!!! Kinda curious though... do the people here like the play or the movie better? This is the second song of the play I've seen and both times I've liked the movie way better.

I know... this dream is unusually patriotic for me. I don't consider myself either patriotic or unpatriotic.
-
Last night I had an extremely vivid and coherent dream. I haven't had those a lot recently, but Ryan just reminded me what happened. Apparently me and a bunch of people I know were living in this "new state". Not really sure where it was, but the important thing was that it was totally controlling... one of those fictional…

I wish you the best of luck! Sounds awesome.

Pretty sure I don't have oral herpes.... my sister and I have both been getting them regularly since our early childhood, like 5 or so. Neither my mom nor my dad get them regularly, so I don't know. I guess we're just both really susceptible to canker sores. But on the bright side... at least they're just a minor annoyance…
-
Welcome to canker sore land, my friend. It's a lovely place, no? I just recently had a long run with no canker sores... must have been about a month or so. It was very nice. Now they're back.
-
You're right... Ryan's out. And we're busy the weekend that we planned this originally AND the following weekend... two weddings in a row. So our place seems like it's pretty much out of the picture unfortunately. Sorry, everyone. =(
-
Publicity is right.... it amazes me that so many people still think comic books/graphic narrative is strictly a kids' medium about superheroes. This will help people realize it's just another artistic medium, hopefully.
-
Sorry Hamelin, you need to sell your soul to the business gods first.
-
Wooo birthdays!! Happy birthday, you two!!!
-
Glad you celebrated right, even if it was before your birthday.
-
The wedding DOES make things more complicated though.... now our friend wants us to go down there for like four days, Thursday through Sunday. I'm not sure what we're doing. Blarg.

I'm actually kinda interested in Boy and his Blob. Hopefully it will be a bit more directed than the original.
