You fool! Deimos is one of the two moons of Mars (the other being Phobos), not Pluto!

Or until I post a YouTube video involving myself doing something wacky (and make it publicly viewable). That day is fast-approaching.

Pretty sure PETA is just using excuses like health concerns to push their vegan agenda. That doesn't negate the points they bring up, just bear in mind that the points they bring up regarding diabetes and the like are far from important to PETA. Sometimes it seems like they care about animals more than humans.

Yeah, bring Mario back.

Remote mine midair detonation was A+R, wasn't it? Or B+R, or something like that. That was good fun. I was always a big fan of remote mine multiplayer. Or else slappers only, set to one-hit kills. ^__^

Okay, glad I wasn't going crazy. I hated that damn level. Fun for multiplayer though.
-
Am I the only one that interpreted Jakey's statement as referring to the level called "Control (Center)"?
-
No longer what? And what is it now?

GoldenEye still rocks. It's a great party game with a lot of fun customization of goals and weaponry choices. I didn't actually care much about the single-player campaign, but multiplayer was loads of fun. Final Fantasy I was always boring. It's really hard to stick with an RPG that doesn't have a compelling story. This is…

Final Fantasy I was a boring game.

I hear Mario pays spambots to register on the forums, gets a cut of the Runescape gold they make off unsuspecting forumites, then bans the bots and takes their cut of the gold for himself. That monster!

Still seems wrong to me.

You probably shouldn't write off a public beta of a browser because it lacks Firefox-style plugins and Opera-style customizability. These things will come in time!
-
Which method gives you more cash money? I wanna make sure I support the band as effectively as I can!

I'm in the same boat. The comic got me all hyped up about the crazy promises, but I'm not gonna boot into Windows just for a fancy browser. Speaking of which, why has no one mentioned the comic? I thought this forum was full of rabid Scott McCloud fanatics! I'm not one of them, but I still thought it was slick marketing on…

Can you really make a list of movies that have to do with Halloween and not include the movie called "Halloween"?
-
Amazing! Even a thread saying I ought to be back went wildly off-topic before getting an official response! I tip my hat to you all. Also, I'm back now. Internet's in place and ever'thang. Yay!
-
Eh, let IT deal with it. Wait. Shit.
-
I'm intrigued. To the Netflix! EDIT: Sadly, it is not on the Netflix. But they do have American Zombie, which also intrigues. Oh yeah, now that I'm settled in the new place and reactivated my Netflix account... SCIENCE! movies, anyone?
-
That's probably because YouTube embeds show up in most every thread at some point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DdYFAege0A

Dude, sweet! Should I still be waiting for a CD, or should I go pick up the iTunes version?
-
I know everyone's basically said as much, but you should definitely do an Orange Belt US tour. That way you're guaranteed room and board (as soon as we get a couch, you're more than welcome to crash on it) and transportation within your stops. Plus, meeting forumites is tons of fun. California's probably got more of us…

#1, because Mys might come back to draw her again. She's got some slick drawrin' skills.
-
FUCK YES I use strong language when it's warranted, and the Dr. Horrible soundtrack is all kinds of warranted.

Downloadable Content, The Penny Arcade Podcast: I'm surprised I didn't post this in here before. It's an audio recording of Gabe and Tycho's exchanges during the comic-writing process. These guys have some great insights on game news, and I generally crack up more than I do…

That looks both gorgeous and delicious. The second picture looks a little like raw ground beef though. ^__^

It's gold every time.

Cartoon Network Acquires Adventure Time YESYESYESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Did she deliver that entire report in the cutesy-lighter-side-of-news-smarmy-ass voice? I'm impressed.

It's better for them to ask first than for you to ask first. It makes them think that the money isn't the bottom line with you (even though, come on, money is always the bottom line and companies are only deluding themselves by thinking otherwise). I'm sure it'll go great!
