Kid Icarus!

Come on now, I've warned people about this before. We can't condone movie piracy on the forums. Certainly we can have more mainstream fare, as it would convince more people to watch them. I've been having some notions as how to best revamp the SCIENCE! movie formula, and was particularly inspired by The Greatest Movie…

You take back that Darth Vader comment! His button is probably very important to his breathing apparatus!
-
Nazi zombies, while an awesome mashup, are not a new concept. Bevin owns the DVD for Zombie Lake! But Dead Snow does sound pretty damn cool. Are you guys serious about SCIENCE! movies? Because that is my dream, that enough people would watch these movies to warrant resurrecting the group. Don't toy with me now!
-
Yeah, I didn't find the original Transformers awesome-looking in any way. Unless you like watching robots watching people dry-hump.
-
At least it didn't have Shia LeBeouf.
-
Addendum! While I do welcome any and all discussion about the movie and the associated trailers, I would be remiss in my thread-recycling ways if I didn't point out that there's already a thread devoted to discussion of the new Star Trek. You know, if you wanted to follow up on what's already been said.

Hang in there Bruce. We're all here for you!

And i feel fine. Excited, even!

Watson takes on Jeopardy! Jeopardy!-playing computers! I know I'm looking forward to the Singularity a little too much, but come on, this is primo Singularity material!

Orange Belt chat is going down, like, right now!

According to Memory Alpha, Tuvok was born in 2264, but Vulcan was destroyed in 2258 in the new timeline. Sob!
-
He was somewhat coy about his age in Voyager. I don't recall if they ever definitively pinned it down. But you give me hope!
-
More importantly, what of Tuvok? With six billion vulcans dead in the past, odds are he was never born! *sobs*
-
Yes! The movie uses a time travel mechanic to effectively wipe out all events of almost every single Star Trek story ever written, so it truly is a clean start. It's a solid standalone scifi/action flick as a result. Recommended!

Nothing good can come of continuing to post in this thread.

J.J. Abrams has, beyond all my expectations, renewed my faith in the franchise. Sad that he had to destroy all the canon (except Enterprise) in the process, but on further contemplation, this is exactly what Star Trek needed. Now that they can start fresh, they're no longer bound by the ridiculously convoluted story and…

"One day"? What about their birthdays?!

Step 4!

You snooze you lose. Step 2...ze!

I approve of this game. And also that game (the one depicted in this game).

Step 2!

If I'm interpreting those timestamps correctly, that was a five second wank right there.

For many years I have hoped, nay, prayed, that a real-life masked vigilante complete with costume and secret identity would one day patrol the streets fighting crime. My dream has finally come to pass, with not one but two such heroes. Bless you, Shadow Hare and Mr. Extreme! EDIT: I am a little disappointed, however, at…

I have to agree, this might be my favorite in the series. After Pokémon, I often found myself wondering about what 'type' random things are. It's also been wonderful seeing the gradual and notable improvements in the visual quality of your work. Kudos!

The version of vBulletin currently installed does not support any more spambot prevention than is already in place. Currently I believe CAPTCHA is the main line of defense. One of two things are happening: 1) A human is registering the bot (in which case no line of defense will ever keep them out) 2) The bots are somehow…
